RT Journal Article T1 MitoBlue as a tool to analyze the mitochondria-lysosome communication A1 Sánchez López, Mateo Isidro A1 Vida, Yolanda A1 Pérez-Inestrosa, Ezequiel A1 Mascareñas Cid, José Luis A1 Vázquez Sentís, Marco Eugenio A1 Sugiura, Ayumu A1 Martínez Costas, José Manuel AB MitoBlue is a fluorescent bisamidine that can be used to easily monitor the changes in mitochondrial degradation processes in different cells and cellular conditions. MitoBlue staining pattern is exceptional among mitochondrial dyes and recombinant fluorescent probes, allowing the dynamic study of mitochondrial recycling in a variety of situations in living cells. MitoBlue is a unique tool for the study of these processes that will allow the detailed characterization of communication between mitochondria and lysosomes PB Springer Nature YR 2020 FD 2020 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10347/20834 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10347/20834 LA eng NO Sánchez, M.I., Vida, Y., Pérez-Inestrosa, E. et al.
