AB El filme que aquí estudiamos, Arraianos (Eloi Enciso, 2012), discurre en torno a un cruce decaminos en el que confluyen lo ficcional y lo documental, allí donde se confrontan una marcadarepresentación antinaturalista de un espacio, y del grupo humano que lo habita, y una voluntadde indagación visual de dicho espacio, en el cual permanecen las huellas de un pasado míticoque lo ha ido conformando. Construido sobre lo matérico del espacio físico que explora einterroga, Arraianos despliega un discurso que, apoyado también sobre lo telúrico y lo popular, seesfuerza por dar cuenta del carácter fronterizo de aquel lugar, A Raia, entre Galicia y Portugal,territorio límite que ha sabido conformarse una identidad propia. El análisis que hagamos deArraianos deberá orientarse, así, con ayuda de las marcas que informan de su naturalezahíbrida. El análisis fílmico que nos proponemos llevar a cabo deberá, en consecuencia, atender aese otro espacio hacia el que se abre la película, el de una cierta trascendencia que no rehúyelos grandes interrogantes, a la vez que hará necesario atender a un filme que se sitúa sobre elterritorio que explora, apoyándose tanto en lo telúrico como en lo popular.
AB The film studied here, Arraianos (Eloi Enciso, 2012), runs around a crossroad where the fictionaland documentary converge, where a strong anti-naturalistic representation of a space and thehuman group that inhabits it are compared, and a willingness to visual inquiry into that spacewhere traces of a mythical past that has been forming it still remains. Built on the material of thephysical space that explores and interrogates, Arraianos displays a speech, also built on thetelluric and the popular, it strives to realize the frontier character of that place, A Raia, betweenGalicia and Portugal, limit territory that has managed to build its own identity. The analysis wemake of Arraianos should be focus on, therefore, with the help of the marks that report theirhybrid nature. The film analysis we intend to carry out must, therefore, take into account this otherspace to which the film opens, that of a certain importance that does not avoid the big questions,at a time that will need to pay attention to a film it is located on the explored territory, based bothon the telluric and the popular.
