AB La dimensión colectiva de la libre circulación de trabajadores es uno de los grandesfracasos en la construcción de la Europa social. Los agentes sociales europeos no han sidocapaces de hacer avanzar la creación dialogada de directivas. No obstante, sí se puededetectar el nacimiento de una negociación colectiva empresarial dentro de la Unión. Elconflicto colectivo, por el contrario, es el aspecto cuya ausencia de regulación resulta máspatente.
AB The collective dimension of free movement of workers is one of the greatest failures inthe creation of social Europe. European social agents have not been able to make anyprogress in the creation of directives in agreement. However, the birth of a collectivecorporate negotiation within the European Union can be observed. On the contrary,collective conflict is one of the aspects whose lack of regulation has become more evident.
