AB El propósito de este trabajo es acotar el concepto denecesidad y sus diferentes acepciones, determinar elsignificado del término necesidad formativa y estudiar losprincipales modelos de análisis y evaluación denecesidades. Para ello se ha realizado una revisión teóricabasada en el estudio documental, acudiendo a fuentesbibliográficas especializadas: libros, revistas,investigaciones en la materia. A partir de la cual, se haorganizado la información recopilada, se ha analizado yredactado el estudio que presentamos. Como principalesconclusiones se ha determinado que el concepto denecesidad es ambiguo y toma diferentes significados segúnel enfoque empleado para analizarlo
AB The purpose of this work is to define the concept ofnecessity and its different meanings, determine themeaning of the term training need and to study the mainmodels of analysis and needs assessment. To this end hasbeen made a theoretical review based on the documentarystudy, turning to specialized bibliographic resources:books, magazines, investigations in the field. On the basisof which, has organized the information collected, has beenanalyzed and drafted the present study. As mainconclusions it has been determined that the concept ofnecessity is ambiguous and takes on different meaningsdepending on the approach used for analysis
