AB In this manuscript, we have approached the development ofnew functional supramolecular systems from a chemicalperspective and with the objective to modify or replicatecellular functions. The main driving force and link between thesystems developed during this PhD work is the dynamiccharacter of stimuli-responsiveness, which is crucial for theirspecific functional behaviour. The novel functional systemsdevelopment focused on a protofilament cytoskeleton-mimeticsystem, a new ratiometric fluorescent SNARF probe with pHrange sensitivity optimized and a pH sensitive antitumoralanalogue of a natural venom.
