AB Las directrices actuales en el contexto europeo referentes a la educación contemplan la relevancia de las competencias básicas: lectura, escritura y matemáticas; y cinco nuevas cualificaciones: tecnologías de la información, lenguas extranjeras, cultura científico-tecnológica, espíritu emprendedor y habilidades sociales. La formación de las actitudes e iniciativa emprendedora debe impartirse en todos los niveles educativos y en la comunidad investigadora en todos los ámbitos. Combinar el potencial educativo y el científico con las cualificaciones empresariales mediante el desarrollo de competencias emprendedoras posibilitará el aprovechamiento de los resultados académicos y los logros de la investigación científica para alcanzar progresos en el avance, innovación y mejora de la sociedad actual. Para reforzar el papel de la formación en la creación de una cultura más emprendedora en la sociedad europea es preciso disponer de un marco integrado y coherente de servicios y actuaciones docentes, apoyar a las instituciones educativas y al profesorado sobre todo en su formación, fomentar la participación de agentes sociales y empresas y estimular las competencias empresariales en la educación, especialmente en el escenario universitario
AB The present legislation in the European context referring to education emphasise the relevance of the basic competitions: reading, writing and mathematics; and five new qualifications: foreign technologies of the information, languages, scientific culture, enterprising spirit and social abilities. The formation of the attitudes and enterprising initiative must be distributed in all the educative levels and the research community in all the scopes. To combine the educative potential and the scientist with the enterprise qualifications by means of the development of enterprising competitions will make possible the advantage of the academic results and the profits of the scientific research to reach progresses in the advance, innovation and  improvement of the present society. In order to reinforce the paper of training in the creation of a more enterprising culture in the European society it is necesary to have an integrated and coherent frame of services and educational performances, the support of educative institutions and the teaching staff in its training; the promotion of participation of social agents and companies and, finally, the stimulation of the enterprise competitions in education, specially in the university scenario
