AB La LOE establece la exigencia de una formación pedagógica y didáctica para elprofesorado técnico de Formación Profesional. Respondiendo a esta necesidady, a través de un convenio entre la Consellería de Educación y la USC, se inicia unCurso de Especialización que da respuesta a esta exigencia educativa, profesionaly social. Este trabajo, de corte cuantitativo, con el cuestionario como instrumentode recogida de información, se plantea como objetivo conocer la contribuciónque ha tenido la materia de Prácticum en la formación del alumnado del Cursode Especialización. Participan un total de 55 docentes en formación inicial (75,6%del total), hombres en su mayor parte y con experiencia profesional. Sus manifestacionespermiten afirmar que existe una visión muy positiva del Prácticum yuna percepción elevada del desarrollo competencial. Como conclusión más destacada,se señala la alta contribución del Prácticum a un mejor conocimiento deltejido empresarial de referencia
AB The LOE establishes the requirement for pedagogical and didactic training fortechnical teachers of Vocational Education and Training. Through an agreementbetween the Department of Education and the USC, a Specialization Course beginswhich responds to this educational, professional and social demand. This work,with a quantitative nature and the questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information,aims to know the contribution that the Practicum has had in the trainingof students in the Specialization Course. A total of 55 teachers participate in initialtraining (75.6% of the total), most of them men with professional experience. It ispossible to say there is a very positive vision of the Practicum and a high perceptionof competence development. As a most prominent conclusion, the Practicum contributesto a better understanding of the reference business fabric
