AB A finais de 2015 aprobouse o novo modelo de financiamento autonómico do Sistema Universitario de Galicia para o período 2016-2020. Este novo sistema pon énfase no axuste dos cadros de persoal do PDI á demanda real de estudos e mantén o peso do financiamento baseado en resultados, deixando algúns interrogantes abertos con relación á súa aplicación. O obxectivo deste artigo é sinalar os principais elementos deste novo plan de financiamento, tanto no que se refire ás melloras que introduce, como ás limitacións que presenta.
AB At the end of 2015 the new state funding model of the Galician University System (SUG) was approved. This new system places emphasis on adjusting academic staff to the real demand for studies and lays stress on performance-based funding, leaving some implementing issues unresolved. The aim of this paper is to highlight the main aspects of this new funding model regarding both its improvements and its unexpected limitations.
