AB El objeto del presente trabajo es analizar, desde el punto de vista del Derecho internacional privado, la responsabilidad civil derivada de la contaminación marítima por hidrocarburos, haciendo especial mención a la problemática derivada del caso Prestige en lo concerniente a la determinación de la ley aplicable y la competencia judicial internacional.
AB The aim of this thesis is to analyse, from the point of view of the private international law, the torts for oil pollution, paying special attention to the problems arising from the Prestige case concerning determination of the applicable law and international jurisdiction.
