T1 Técnicas matemáticas de planificación e programación de proxectos

AB [GL] As técnicas de programación e planificación de proxectos son métodos que axudan ádirección dun proxecto, relacionando todos os factores que interveñen, e presentando asituación dende unha perspectiva máis clara, facilitando a toma de decisións e a análisedun proxecto. Os principais obxectivos que teñen as diferentes técnicas de planificación,son a optimización da duración e do custo das actividades que conforman o proxecto, adistribución óptima dos recursos, e a estimación da duración total do proxecto.Neste traballo abordaremos este tema estudando as distintas fases dun proxecto, eempregando as distintas ferramentas matemáticas das que dispoñemos para enfocar osproblemas de optimización que xorden, como os algoritmos heurísticos.
AB [EN] Project scheduling is the discipline that helps the management of projects, studyingthe factors that are involved, and presenting the situation from a clearer perspective, inorder to simplify decision-making and the analysis of projects. The main objectives of thedifferent project scheduling techniques are, to optimize the duration and cost of the activitiesthat make up the project, to find the optimal distribution of resources, and to estimatethe total duration of the project.In this work, we approach this issue by studying the different stages of a project, andusing the mathematical tools that we have to focus on the optimization problems thatappear, such as heuristic algorithms.
