AB This research project will be focused on the introduction of new statisticalmethods for data processing and modeling in geolinguistics, specifically, on surnames in Galicia. The working planconsiders two main problems: (i) constructing of surname regions in Galicia and (ii) modeling spatial and spatiotemporalsurname patterns in this region.
