We proposed a simpler supersymmetric extension of such theories. Withthis extension it is easy to calculate supersymmetric charges, and thereforeall the supersymmetric algebra is found. Nevertheless, in the last section wedemonstrate that with this oversimpli ed scheme of supersymmetrization themodel contains ghosts.
