AB En este trabajo se expone un resumen del plan social media diseñado por una biblioteca patrimonial, como es la Biblioteca Històrica de la Universitat de València. Toda estrategia social viene definida por una misión y unos objetivos marcados por las exigencias de los contenidos y por la interacción con los seguidores, que también se convierten en creadores de conocimiento.Los resultados obtenidos han sido muy positivos, tanto por las publicaciones realizadas, como por la incorporación a la página de Facebook de elementos propios de la web de la biblioteca. Esta experiencia demuestra que las redes sociales son un espacio idóneo para difundir los fondos patrimoniales, a la vez que se han convertido en una nueva herramienta de trabajo para el bibliotecario 2.0
AB This paper offers a summary of the social media plan designed by a heritage library, such as the Historical Library of the University of Valencia. Every social strategy is defined by a mission and its objectives are marked by the demands of the contents and also by the interaction with its followers, who also become creators of knowledge.The results obtained have been very positive, in terms of the publications carried out, and in consideration of some elements from the library's website that have been incorporated into a Facebook page. This experience shows that social networks are an ideal space for disseminating heritage content, while also becoming a new tool for the 2.0 librarian
