RT Journal Article T1 Charmonium dissociation and recombination at LHC: revisiting comovers A1 González Ferreiro, Elena AB We present our results on charmonium production at the Large Hadron Collider energies within thecomover interaction model. The formalism includes both comover dissociation of J/ψ’s and possiblesecondary J/ψ production through recombination. The estimation of this effect is made withoutinvolving free parameters. The comover interaction model also incorporates an analytic treatmentof initial-state nuclear shadowing. With these tools, the model successfully describes the centrality, transverse momentum and rapidity dependence of the experimental data from PbPb collisions at theLHC energy of √s = 2.76 TeV. We present predictions for PbPb collisions at √s = 5.5 TeV PB Elsevier SN 0370-2693 YR 2014 FD 2014 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10347/21365 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10347/21365 LA eng NO Ferreiro, E., 2014.
