El arbitraje de inversiones. Especial referencia al CETA

Abstract

En este trabajo abordaremos el análisis jurídico del arbitraje de inversiones como medio para solución de las controversias relativas a inversiones extranjeras, y de manera específica la regulación de este en el CETA. Para ello, se estudiará el marco normativo, la doctrina, la jurisprudencia (fundamentalmente la comunitaria), así como diferente documentación de las instituciones comunitarias

In this work will be adressed the legal analisis of investment arbitration as a way of settling disputes relating to foreign investment, and in a specific way the regulation of this in the CETA. To this end, we will study the normative framework, the doctrine, the jurisprudence (mainly the community), as well as different documentation of the Community institutions.
