Vicios e virtudes da regulación galega en materia de liquidación sucesoria e algunha proposta "de lege ferenda"

Abstract

Neste traballo imos analizar sucintamente o réxime liquidatorio na sucesión mortis causa do Código Civil español, por aplicarse supletoriamente en Galicia, así como dúas figuras da regulación galega que teñen implicacións na liquidación da herdanza. Tamén se fará un estudo comparativo entre o resto de Comunidades Autónomas con competencias lexislativas en materia civil para chegar a unha conclusión: a necesidade de reformar a Lei de Dereito civil de GaliciaIn this paper we will analyse the inheritance liquidation system of the Spanish Civil Code, which is applicable in Galicia, as well as two figures of Galician regulation that have implications in inheritance liquidation. A comparative study between the other Autonomous Communities with legislative powers in civil matters is also carried out. Our analysis suggests there is a need for the Galician Civil Law to be reformed
