Abstract
Los cambios que han tenido lugar en el sistema de partidos español tras las dos elecciones generales celebradas en el año 2015 han modificado el funcionamiento del sistema parlamentario español. Este trabajo analiza esos cambios y sus consecuencias en el ámbito de la gobernabilidad y propone una reforma del sistema de elección del presidente del Gobierno establecido en la Constitución española
