Abstract
Verifying the analytical parameters of the different equipment present in a clinical laboratory is a crucial step towards giving quality results. Specifically, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) is a very important parameter for both diagnosis and control of diabetic patients. This study aims to verify an HbA1c HPLC analyzer, the ADAMS 8190V, that was recently incorporated into the clinical analysis laboratory, with the purpose of verifying its analytical parameters.
