Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the clinical outcomes of the treatment of Miller Class I gingival recessions using CAF alone versus CAF combined with leukocyte- and plateletrich fibrin (L-PRF). The primary outcome measured was the percentage of root coverage (%RC) at six months. Secondary outcomes included mean root coverage (MRC), frequency of achieving 100% root coverage (CRC), keratinized tissue width (KTW), gingival thickness gain, volume gain, recession area reduction, healing quality, pill consumption, and patient-reported outcomes (PROs).
