Abstract
Como parte del estudio de los recursos humanos, la satisfacción laboral resulta, especialmente en los últimos tiempos, un elemento clave para aspectos tales como la motivación de los empleados o incluso la contratación, muestra de ello es el número de estudios que comienzan a implantarse en algunas empresas para llegar a la medición de la satisfacción laboral.
Este trabajo surge de la oportunidad de verse inmerso en las realidades de trabajadores de una importante empresa orensana, planteando un modelo de medición de la satisfacción laboral que pretende ser fiable a la vez que explicativo, y mediante el cual se pretende inferir y predecir en cuanto a la satisfacción laboral.
As part of the study of human resources, job satisfaction results, especially in recent times, a key element for aspects such as employee motivation or even hiring, showing this is the number of studies that begin to be implemented in some companies to arrive at the measurement of job satisfaction. This work arises from the opportunity to be immersed in the realities of workers of a major company from Orense, proposing a model of measurement of job satisfaction that pretends to be reliable as well as explanatory, and through which it is intended to infer and predict as to job satisfaction.
