A Estatalidade da República Árabe Saharauí Democrática

Abstract

Neste traballo abordaremos o conflito do Sáhara Occidental e a cuestión da estatalidade da República Árabe Saharauí Democrática, así como o problema do dereito da autodeterminación do pobo saharauí, de cara a establecer ante que clase de ente xurídico nos atopamos desde o punto de vista do Dereito internacional.

In this work will be adressed the conflict of the West Sahara and the issue of the statehood of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, and also the problem of the self-determination right of sahrawi people, in order to set out which class of legal entity is stablished, from the international law point of view.
