Ellas nos llevaron a la Luna

Abstract

In this article we present some of the women who with their work made possible the arrival to the Moon and who unfortunately are little known. A great work in which they worked engineers, mathematics, physics and whose recognition would serve us to provide female references in the disciplines known as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). By making these women scientists and engineers visible, we intend to contribute to overcoming the androcentric vision of science and engineering that survives in our society and to promote female vocations in these disciplines, where the participation of women is lower, thus helping to foster diversity in science.
