Abstract

In this paper we will try to delve into the most relevant theoretical contributions of this intellectual, focusing on his major works, including: Political Liberalism (1993) or The law of Peoples and “a review of public reason” (2001). In this way, we will study the culmination of the Rawlsian proposal and focus on its key points, as this will in turn help us to understand the capacity of the thought of this theorist to survive the criticism received, as well as to evolve and approach real world problems
