Abstract
Tres son las ideas principales: que prouincia Transduriana es una denominación perfectamente válida para una provincia romana; que se trataba de una provincia como cualquier
otra, no de una subprovincia ni de una misión militar, pues en
derecho romano la jurisdicción delegada no puede delegarse
a su vez y, por último, que al restituir, Augusto levantó una
condena anterior impuesta a los Aliobrigiaecini
Three are three main ideas discussed in this paper: first, that prouincia Transduriana is a perfectly valid denomination for a Roman province; second, that it was a fully fledged province, not merely a sub-province or a military command post, because, according to Roman Law, delegated jurisdiction cannot be delegated a second time-, and finally, that with restituo the emperor Augustus annulled a previous conviction imposed on the Aliobrigiaecini
