Abstract
A presente investigación analiza o proceso de deseño e implementación dos distintos modelos lingüísticos aplicados no ensino non universitario de Galicia após a consecución da Autonomía -recollidos no Decreto 247/1995, Decreto 124/2007 e Decreto 79/2010-. Partindo dun marco de análise de políticas públicas, preténdese explicar o contido final dos diferentes modelos a partir do estudo polo miúdo dos actores implicados, dos recursos que mobilizan no proceso e das regras institucionais que enmarcan as súas interaccións e que rexen a política lingüística en Galicia. O traballo, polo tanto, non só aporta unha análise individual de cada un dos modelos lingüísticos senón que permite artellar unha visión evolutiva dos seus procesos de deseño e implementación.
This research analyzes the process of design and implementation of different linguistic models applied in non-university education in Galicia after the conquest of Autonomy- contained in Decree 247/1995, Decree 124/2007 and Decree 79/2010-. Based on a public policy analysis framework, the aim is to explain the final content of the different models based on a detailed study of the actors involved, the resources that are mobilized in the process and the institutional rules that frame their interactions and that govern language policy in Galicia. The investigation, therefore, not only provides an individual analysis of each of the linguistic models, but also allows articulating an evolutionary vision of their design and implementation processes.
